Our Story: From Credit Medix to CM Mortgage Services, Inc.

CM Mortgage Services, Inc. was founded in 1985 as an S Corporation under the name Credit Medix. The “CM” in CM Mortgage is a nod to our original roots and the mission we’ve always had: helping people strengthen their financial position and make smart decisions when it comes to homeownership.

In 1987, the company became a full-scale mortgage broker under the leadership of Jim Conway, who built CM Mortgage into a trusted local resource for buyers across Chester County and the surrounding region.

Jim Conway is a decorated United States Marine Corps veteran who served in Vietnam, and he has been a proud resident of Chester County for more than 50 years. His values have always been at the core of our company: integrity, service, accountability, and putting people first.

Today, CM Mortgage Services, Inc. is proudly run by J.R. Conway, Jim’s son, continuing the family legacy as a mortgage broker that combines deep experience with modern lending options and a relationship-driven approach.
