I'm J.R. Conway, and I've been helping people buy homes and refinance mortgages across Chester County for over 23 years. Our Story: A Family Legacy Since 1985
CM Mortgage Services, Inc. was founded in 1985 as an S Corporation under the name Credit Medix. The "CM" in CM Mortgage is a nod to those roots — and to the mission we've always had: helping people make smart, confident decisions about homeownership.
In 1987, the company became a full-scale mortgage brokerage under the leadership of my father, Jim Conway. Jim is a decorated United States Marine Corps veteran who served in Vietnam and has called Chester County home for more than 50 years. His values built this company: integrity, service, accountability, and putting people first. That hasn't changed.
Today I run CM Mortgage Services as the second generation of the Conway family in this business. I grew up here, attended Bishop Shanahan High School, and graduated from St. Joseph's University in 2002.
