Jim Conway is the President and Founder of CM Mortgage Services Inc., and the reason so many families across Chester County and the surrounding region have been able to achieve the dream of homeownership for decades.

Jim’s story begins with service, discipline, and doing things the right way. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and is a Vietnam Veteran. That sense of responsibility and integrity carried into every part of his professional life and became the foundation for the company he built.

In 1985, Jim started the business as a credit repair company called Credit Medix, with a mission to help people get back on their feet financially. By 1987, that same mission expanded into something bigger when CM Mortgage Services Inc. became a full service mortgage broker shop, built around trust, education, and real guidance for real people.

Jim is a proud Philadelphia native and attended Father Judge High School. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University, and later earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from Eastern University, combining deep financial knowledge with a practical, common sense approach that clients truly appreciate.

For more than 50 years, Jim has called Chester County, Pennsylvania home, and he has spent his career helping neighbors, friends, and families navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with confidence.
