He’s also been featured in Forbes and Philadelphia Magazine, and he takes pride in combining deep local experience with modern loan options to help clients find the right path forward, whether they’re buying their first home, refinancing, or financing an investment property. He graduated from Bishop Shanahan High School in 1997 and from Saint Josph's University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, bringing both a practical experience and business-minded approach to every loan strategy.

As a second-generation loan officer, J.R. continues the legacy started by his father, Jim Conway, who built CM Mortgage Services on integrity, service, and long-term relationships throughout Chester County and the surrounding area.

Outside of work, J.R. is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He brings that same family-first mindset into the way he works with clients: staying responsive, keeping things simple, and treating every loan like it matters, because it does.
